Eileen Edmund Wamunza

Eileen Edmund Wamunza is a senior Partner and Co-founder of the firm.

Eileen has over 35 years of legal experience and has been practising for 30 years. She has worked as a Resident Magistrate as well as at the Bar.

Eileen has a wealth of experience in litigation, commercial law and family law and as a commercial lawyer she has been involved in over 1000 cases in the field of civil litigation matters.

Diane Mwaka Wamunza

Diane Wamunza is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Firm.

She has had a varied and exciting work profile spanning over 15 years.

She began her career as an Associate and thereafter took on a variety of roles with various prestigious corporate organizations in the banking and extractive industries. While working in the banking industry, her skills were recognized and she was awarded the outstanding performance award in the Legal and Compliance Department.

Diane’s expertise includes:

Roselyn Kiluma

Roselyn Kiluma received her Masters degree in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Pretoria South Africa and has gone on to work as a Tutorial Assistant and part time Lecturer in several institutions.

Roselyn is currently in Law school and is an upcoming Advocate who exudes leadership wherever she works. She has coached the Jessup International Law Team and has acted as a Student Governor for her master’s degree course as well as acting as Secretary of the student parliament during her undergraduate degree.

Roselyn’s passion is business and commercial law.
